Are you a working adult, have kids, bills, stress, on a budget, little free time, and have fitness goals? If one or more of these apply, then you are like me.

I’ve been at different levels of fitness at certain times in my life, for different reasons, and using various excuses. I’ve been out of shape, depressed and lazy, and I’ve been ripped, motivated and happy. My goal now, is to stay on track, aiming more for consistency than quick results or taking drastic measures. Being “fit” and healthy is a life long commitment, and I’m here to share my experiences so that they may help you along your path.
